• International freight forwarding and logistics
• Customs brokerage and clearance services
• Warehousing and distribution
• Digital tools including TradeScout, Loading Calculator, and Customer Tracking

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

HBO Trade offers subscription plans (Trial and Pro) for access to digital tools and premium features.

• Trial Plan: Free 7-day access with limited daily usage.
• Pro Plan: Paid monthly subscription with unlimited access to all tools and priority support.
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability

HBO Trade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HBO Trade makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. Trade data and market information provided through our tools are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial or legal advice.

9. Modifications to Terms

HBO Trade reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Istanbul, Turkey.
